1. All children must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian prior to their first play. These waivers will stay on your child’s personal account. Waivers can be found in the "terms & conditions" in the online checkout.

2. In order to keep our facility clean please wear grippy socks in our play area. Parents can wear shoes on our wood floor not on our play mats otherwise please take your shoes off.

3. Outside snacks and drinks are welcome as long as you keep them in the café area. We also have snacks on site provided by CBC Cakes & More.

4. There must be a parent or legal guardian present at all times with child(ren).
