We will have signs at the front door with a QR code. You can scan the code which will bring you to our website booking page.

If you purchase an open play pass, your code is good for the whole day within business hours. If you purchase a membership, your code will be good to use at all of our open play sessions.

Every day! Having a clean facility is very important to us. In between our cleanings, if you see an area that needs additional help, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make sure it gets taken care of.

We have a limited staff and won't always be there but Pops is monitored remotely to make sure we remain safe!

Yes! We have a small lounge area with chairs and tables to use for snacks/meals. Please make sure to clean up after yourself so the next family can use a clean table.

All kids are welcome but we are more geared towards babies of sitting age up to 8 years old!

Children under 2 are free with a paid sibling over 2! Otherwise if you just have a child under 2 they will be the standard rate.

No, we do not allow parties during open play time. However we do have private play sessions available for purchase!
